Sales Engineer

Job responsibilities:

-Responsible for market development and sales of coating services, achieving sales targets and payment collection tasks

-Deeply understand customer needs, provide professional coating solutions and suggestions for customers

-Maintain good communication and cooperation with customers, and maintain customer satisfaction

-Follow up on order progress, coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth delivery of orders

-Collect market information and competitor information to provide reference for the company's market strategy

-Regularly report on sales progress and results

Job requirements:

-Bachelor's degree preferred, major in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Marketing, etc

-Age: 25-35 years old

-More than 2 years of sales experience, familiar with sales processes and skills, with priority given to sales experience in coatings or related industries. Excellent candidates may have appropriate conditions relaxed

-Having excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service awareness

-Strong market development ability and teamwork spirit

-Able to adapt to business trips and have good stress resistance

Job responsibilities:

-Responsible for preparing before coating processing and operating automated equipment for coating.

-Day and night shift system.

-Can accept shift work, cooperate with work arrangements, and comply with company regulations.
